[Mexico, Mexico City, December 6, 2023] Today, Huawei Cloud Summit Mexico was successfully held in Mexico City, bringing together customers and partners to discuss the development of Mexico's digital economy. At the Summit, Huawei Cloud not only shared the latest innovation practices with enterprises from finance and online education sectors, but also unveiled the "Go Cloud, Go Global" ecosystem program for Mexican and Chinese businesses.

He emphasized the company's deep engagement in Mexico for the past 22 years and its unwavering "In Mexico, For Mexico" commitment. Huawei has created over 6,500 jobs indirectly and has been applying cloud and AI to environment protection.

In 2019, Huawei Cloud commenced providing public cloud services to Mexico and has since catered to various sectors including finance, media, government, and carrier. Huawei Cloud stands out as the sole cloud vendor with local data centers and is the fastest growing cloud vendor in Mexico. Through continuous innovation, Huawei Cloud provides Mexico with better technologies, practices, and services.

Siscoop, a local FinTech firm, uses Huawei's cloud native infrastructure to enhance its service operations, foster innovation, and drive service expansion.

Huawei Cloud tailors its Pangu Models 3.0 for a wide range of industries, such as finance, manufacturing, mining, meteorology, electric power, and railway, empowering everyone from every industry with an intelligent assistant. With Pangu, grid inspection personnel can work in offices, and city governance can enjoy a 50% boost in efficiency.

GaussDB(DWS) 3.0, Huawei Cloud's next-gen data warehouse that features ultimate elasticity, lakehouse architecture, and data-AI convergence, supports mass storage, simplifies data links, and reduces costs by 30%.

MetaStudio provides five capabilities to make digital content production more efficient. Virtual-physical interaction for people and spaces is now possible for tens of thousands of concurrent users.

Huawei Cloud combines CodeArts, its software development pipeline, with the Pangu R&D model to build CodeArts Snap, an intelligent programming assistant for developers.

SREs also work closely with customers during cloud migration to identify and mitigate risks, and provide over 10 successful assurances for important business activities annually. For Mexican users to better understand and use secure, trusted cloud services, Huawei Cloud has released Huawei Cloud Mexico Privacy Compliance Guide according to Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and developed a strong security assurance system via systematic construction and constant operations.

As of now, Huawei Cloud ecosystem boasts a pool of 5 million developers, 42,000 partners, and over 10,000 offerings in KooGallery, Huawei Cloud's marketplace.
